The Customer Consultancy Task Force aims to focus the PDG on ensuring that its members are adding value to pure patent information by delivering beyond customers’ expectations and working as trusted partners with their diverse customer base.
The Task Force seeks to define, and help to build up, those skills a patent information specialist needs in the area of customer & consultancy in the future by
- creating a framework to share experience through success stories, to help tackle challenges, and to learn from mistakes
- inviting experts to provide insight and learnings from other intelligence functions
- inviting external experts to illustrate and demystify consulting skills
- creating transparency and connecting the activities on Customer & Consultancy across the PDG.
